Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS
After going through a few processing workflows…and restacking previous comet image data with even more image data, I just finished up processing Comet C/2023 A3 Tsuchinshan-ATLAS that I captured Sunday evening, 10-20-2024. I know it can be better, but I am REALLY happy with this result! Such a beautiful sight! And it only comes around every 80,000 years!
Here ya go… Comet C/2023 A3 Tsuchinshan-ATLAS. This is 50 – 30 second exposures…stacked. Along with dark, flat and dark flat calibration files.
